Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, production-grade smart contract systems and Web3 integrations in the Ethereum/EVM ecosystem.
- Lead technical design, architecture reviews, code reviews, and engineering decision-making.
- Translate business requirements into robust enterprise blockchain solutions.
- Collaborate with product, compliance, security, and engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Mentor engineers and promote technical best practices through influence rather than formal authority.
- Evaluate emerging blockchain technologies, protocols, frameworks, and industry trends.
- Develop, test, deploy, and support applications and services in cloud-native, containerized environments.
- Champion secure coding, automation, software quality, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a software engineer, software developer, or similar engineering professional.
- Strong Ethereum/EVM and Web3 development expertise using technologies such as ethers.js or web3.js.
- Proficiency in Solidity and hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying production-grade smart contracts.
- Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including consensus mechanisms, transaction lifecycles, gas optimization, wallet infrastructure, and security practices.
- Experience with smart contract development frameworks such as Hardhat or Foundry.
- Knowledge of software engineering principles, system design, source control, collaborative development, and modern development practices.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, and automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred experience includes Hyperledger Besu, Quorum, Canton, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Solana, Java, Spring, Spring Boot, TypeScript, React, Angular, and AI or agentic engineering.
