Responsibilities
- Own technical relationships with enterprise clients from initial discovery through production delivery and long-term roadmap development.
- Run workshops with client stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, to identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases.
- Design and ship enterprise-grade AI systems, pipelines, agentic workflows, and LLM integrations with enterprise data environments.
- Set architecture, tooling, and technical direction while making delivery trade-offs.
- Mentor engineers on both the internal team and client side.
- Lead incident resolution and complex troubleshooting.
- Define evaluation frameworks for model quality, safety, and business impact.
- Implement LLMOps practices including monitoring, observability, and drift detection.
- Ensure deployments meet enterprise security and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.
- 3+ years delivering AI/ML or LLM-based solutions in production.
- Proven experience leading complex, customer-facing technical engagements.
- Expert-level proficiency in at least one programming language and comfort learning others as needed.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, API design, observability, and production engineering practices.
- Hands-on production experience with Claude, GPT, and Gemini, including prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, agentic frameworks, MCP, vector databases, and chunking strategies.
- Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform and production containerization and orchestration.
- Experience working across data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
- Preferred experience in regulated industries, responsible AI, model risk management, open-source contributions, technical publications, evaluation and observability tools, or startup environments.
