Responsibilities
- Define and refine user stories and acceptance criteria for functional and non-functional testing.
- Design testing strategies aligned with Quality Engineering standards and best practices.
- Estimate, prioritize, and plan testing, automation, and quality assurance activities.
- Design and execute advanced test cases and Gherkin-based scenarios.
- Implement, maintain, and optimize test automation frameworks for backend, web, and mobile systems.
- Manage test data for development, certification, and production environments.
- Execute functional, non-functional, security, performance, regression, and post-production validation testing.
- Manage defects, risks, dependencies, and impediments related to QA activities.
- Monitor test execution results and maintain quality traceability.
- Promote Continuous Testing and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements
- Require 4 to 6 years of experience in Quality Engineering, QA automation, test automation, or quality assurance.
- Require solid experience with Selenium, Karate DSL, Rest Assured, Serenity BDD, Appium, Cucumber, Jira, Xray, Jenkins, and Bitbucket.
- Require knowledge of Java and/or JavaScript.
- Require experience with functional and non-functional testing strategies, backend and API automation, web automation, mobile testing, Gherkin, test-case administration, and test-data management.
- Require experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Preferred qualifications include ISTQB certification, DevSecOps testing knowledge, automation design patterns, performance testing, security testing, OWASP, Dynatrace, Postman, and MongoDB experience.
