Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions for web, mobile, and API applications.
- Execute functional, regression, smoke, integration, non-functional, and performance tests.
- Automate web testing with Selenium and Java and API testing with Karate DSL, Bruno, and related tools.
- Design and execute performance tests using JMeter and K6.
- Validate REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations, including SQL-based data validation.
- Analyze logs, diagnose incidents, manage defects throughout their lifecycle, and support observability activities.
- Participate in CI/CD and quality automation processes while collaborating with multidisciplinary Agile teams.
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience as a QA Automation or Quality Engineer.
- Experience in both functional QA and test automation for web, mobile, APIs, and non-functional testing.
- Experience with Selenium, Java, Python, Karate DSL, IntelliJ, Postman, Bruno, Cucumber, and Gherkin.
- Experience with BDD and functional, regression, smoke, integration, performance, and mobile testing.
- Experience with JMeter, K6, Appium, XPath selectors, SQL, Jira, Xray, Zephyr, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, Jenkins, CI/CD processes, REST APIs, microservices, Dynatrace, and ELK.
- Experience with Scrum or Agile methodologies and defect tracking and management.
- Preferred experience with AWS, Playwright, advanced automation strategies, application observability, and financial or banking projects.
- QA Automation or Testing certifications are desirable.
