Base Salary
$240k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own security architecture across the platform, including threat modeling and secure design reviews.
- Harden the full stack from application security to cloud infrastructure.
- Drive SOC 2 compliance and prepare for necessary certifications.
- Secure AI and agentic systems against vulnerabilities.
- Build security tooling for detection, monitoring, and vulnerability management.
- Establish and manage incident response processes.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams for security reviews.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in building production software and running secure services at scale.
- Deep knowledge of application and cloud security, including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience in regulated or high-trust environments with SOC 2 implementation.
- Strong skills in threat modeling, secure architecture, and incident response.
- Experience securing AI or LLM systems.
- Ability to lead security initiatives in a startup environment.
