Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementation of NCR VOYIX solutions, including software installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting at client sites.
- Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and clients to gather requirements, define scope, and create implementation plans.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions and integrate NCR VOYIX solutions with client infrastructure.
- Provide expert technical support during implementation and resolve or escalate complex issues.
- Develop and deliver technical training for clients and internal teams.
- Create and maintain implementation guides, configuration manuals, and troubleshooting documentation.
- Act as a subject matter expert on NCR VOYIX products and services and stay current with releases and technologies.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior implementation specialists.
- Support pre-sales activities through technical presentations and demonstrations.
- Ensure implementations follow NCR VOYIX standards, best practices, and security policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in the role or a related field.
- Proven expertise deploying and configuring complex enterprise software applications.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, SQL Server, and Oracle.
- Experience with Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with PowerShell or Python is preferred.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required, up to 50%.
