Responsibilities
- Explore and define a company addressing edge AI runtime, compiler, inference-routing, or hardware-fleet infrastructure challenges.
- Build a product that reduces vendor lock-in and fragmentation across heterogeneous NPUs and edge silicon.
- Develop and lead the founding team, including attracting and hiring world-class talent.
- Work with Forum to validate the idea, identify the ideal customer profile, develop an MVP, and establish early sales traction.
- Execute a go-to-market strategy toward initial recurring revenue and pursue seed and Series A fundraising.
Requirements
- Early-stage operator experience with a proven track record of building, selling, and navigating edge ML and on-device inference.
- Experience shipping models across multiple NPU or edge silicon targets, or building inference deployment, compiler, or mixed-silicon fleet infrastructure.
- Ability to attract, hire, and lead world-class teams.
- Demonstrated passion for technology's ability to change the world and a desire to become a venture-backed founder.
- Based in Canada or the United States and able to collaborate in North American time zones.
