Responsibilities
- Build and design scalable Salesforce applications and web application frameworks for desktop and mobile.
- Collaborate with architects and lead engineers to implement applications using object-oriented design patterns.
- Create test suites, test plans, and test strategies, including Java and/or Apex unit and functional automated tests.
- Diagnose, track, and resolve quality issues while ensuring products meet customer expectations.
- Use AI and GenAI tools for coding, code review, test generation, defect triage, and agent-powered Salesforce features.
- Evaluate AI-based test automation such as self-healing tests and AI-generated test cases.
- Work with quality engineers, business analysts, and product owners to deliver products and communicate status and risks.
Requirements
- Related technical degree required.
- 3+ years of programming experience with a Master's degree or 5+ years of programming experience in Java, C, C++, or Python.
- At least 2 years of Force.com platform development experience.
- At least 2 years of web development experience with server-side technologies, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in object-oriented design, design patterns, web services, database concepts, data modeling, and SOQL or SQL.
- Strong quality engineering fundamentals and experience with AI/GenAI tools or AI-driven test automation.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud experience, Apex and Visualforce knowledge, Salesforce certification, Agentforce or Einstein familiarity, JUnit, Jenkins, Selenium, frontend frameworks, and AI-assisted test automation tools.
