Responsibilities

Develop a high-quality CD framework for a hybrid cloud environment.
Implement service mesh architecture involving a mix of micro-service and monolithic services.
Bring the best of the breed DevOps/GitOps ideas into reality.
Design applications with API driven design for clean and extensible interfaces.
Strategize best ways for implementing the continuous deployment of dynamically growing Kubernetes/Docker-based microservices architectures.
Build integrations between CD frameworks with other platforms like Observability, Test-Automation, GitHub, etc.

12+ years of experience with significant exposure to Productivity Engineering and related areas like Automation, CI/CD, Developer-Experience, DevOps, Cloud, etc.
Top-notch Python or GoLang programming and code review skills.
Advanced level understanding of Kubernetes constructs, micro-services architecture, and design patterns for Enterprise SAAS class scale & success.
In-Depth knowledge of service mesh technologies (Istio, Consul, Linkerd) is a huge plus.
Intimate knowledge of distribution systems Apt, Artifactory, Docker Registry, Helm, etc.
In-depth knowledge of DevOps tools like Terraform, Ansible, Salt, Spinnaker, OpenStack, etc.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
