Responsibilities
- Design and lead the next-generation engineering experience including Internal Developer Portal and Continuous Delivery Pipelines.
- Create functional specifications and technical design documents for projects owned by the Developer Experience Team.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and engineers to solve complex technical problems.
- Lead and mentor engineers, providing technical guidance and actionable feedback.
- Advocate for proven engineering patterns and best practices to deliver reliable outcomes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated experience configuring build tools and continuous delivery tools.
- Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing platforms.
- Experience building cloud-based enterprise applications using Java, Typescript, or Javascript.
- Passion for using metrics and data to solve problems and make decisions.
