Responsibilities

Serve as the ultimate escalation point for complex customer issues across Kubernetes and AI/ML infrastructure.
Architect enterprise-grade solutions for large-scale AI/ML workloads.
Lead technical discovery and solution design for strategic accounts.
Drive resolution of systemic technical challenges by partnering with Engineering.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies in AI/ML and cloud infrastructure.
Act as a trusted technical advisor to high-value customers.
Design and deliver Professional Services engagements for enterprise customers.
Conduct executive technical briefings and workshops for C-level stakeholders.
Mentor and develop junior engineers through structured coaching.
Create authoritative technical documentation and runbooks.

7+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or site reliability engineering.
5+ years in senior technical customer-facing roles managing enterprise relationships.
Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes and AI/ML infrastructure.
Advanced understanding of production AI/ML pipelines and major ML frameworks.
Proven experience designing scalable cloud architectures with cost optimization.
Exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical concepts.
