Responsibilities
- Serve as the ultimate escalation point for complex customer issues across Kubernetes and AI/ML infrastructure.
- Architect enterprise-grade solutions for large-scale AI/ML workloads.
- Lead technical discovery and solution design for strategic accounts.
- Drive resolution of systemic technical challenges by partnering with Engineering.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies in AI/ML and cloud infrastructure.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to high-value customers.
- Design and deliver Professional Services engagements for enterprise customers.
- Conduct executive technical briefings and workshops for C-level stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers through structured coaching.
- Create authoritative technical documentation and runbooks.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or site reliability engineering.
- 5+ years in senior technical customer-facing roles managing enterprise relationships.
- Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes and AI/ML infrastructure.
- Advanced understanding of production AI/ML pipelines and major ML frameworks.
- Proven experience designing scalable cloud architectures with cost optimization.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical concepts.
