Responsibilities
- Articulate the business value of MongoDB solutions to customers.
- Partner with the Customer Organization to ensure account success.
- Support remote and onsite sales through technical discovery and presentations.
- Implement and maintain technology toolkits for demonstrations and POCs.
- Advise customers on architectures and strategies for MongoDB.
- Diagnose issues within customer environments and recommend best practices.
- Translate technical concepts into business benefits.
- Drive customer demand within a sales territory.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, consulting, or Pre-Sales.
- 2+ years of Pre-Sales experience with enterprise software.
- 2+ years of software development experience with modern scripting or programming languages.
- Strong aptitude and curiosity for technology concepts.
- Experience with scalable and highly available distributed systems.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and improve processes.
- High levels of organization and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
