Responsibilities
- Identify repetitive Tier 1 tasks and automate them using scripting and workflow tools.
- Develop and deploy Freshservice orchestrations integrated with core systems using APIs.
- Write and maintain PowerShell and Python scripts for endpoint management.
- Track success rates of deployed automations and document new workflows.
- Continuously optimize processes for efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of IT or DevOps experience with a focus on scripting and system integration.
- Strong grasp of ITSM processes and experience with APIs for integration.
- Proven automation portfolio using tools like Freshservice Workflow Automator or Power Automate.
- Experience with PowerShell, Python, Intune, and Active Directory.
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
