Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend software solutions.
- Build scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems.
- Translate requirements into robust backend services and APIs.
- Mentor other engineers and drive backend engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on requirements and delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and architectural issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience in Java backend development.
- Strong proficiency with REST API design and implementation.
- Experience with microservice architectures and databases (SQL, NoSQL, Redis).
- Hands-on experience designing scalable, high-performance microservices.
- Solid understanding of security best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
