Responsibilities
- Develop and operate highly scalable, data-intensive services.
- Leverage streaming technologies and implement advanced change data capture strategies.
- Enhance the reliability of migration processes through continuous monitoring and performance tuning.
- Participate in the team's on-call rotation to ensure service availability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Strong understanding of database fundamentals with hands-on experience in MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency in Golang or optionally, node.js.
- Interest and experience in reliability engineering, observability, and incident management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
