Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure end-to-end.
- Drive PCI-DSS and SOC 2 annual certification cycles.
- Own the composite AI spend layer and optimize costs.
- Manage Databricks environments for ML/analytics workloads.
- Collaborate on onboarding/offboarding workflows and equipment management.
- Own uptime, monitoring, alerting, and incident response across production systems.
- Continuously evaluate and introduce tools to improve developer experience.
Requirements
- 6–8 years in DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps, preferably in a product startup.
- Deep, hands-on AWS experience including compute, networking, and security best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD workflows for multi-environment deployments.
- Proven track record with PCI-DSS and/or SOC 2 compliance.
- Familiarity with vendor-heavy InfoSec tooling like Sprinto or Jumpcloud.
- Experience with Kubernetes/container orchestration and deployment platforms.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Terraform for automation.
