Responsibilities
- Develop a scalable, highly available application platform using modern PaaS platforms.
- Utilize Java Spring Framework and Spring Boot for creating robust microservices.
- Participate in requirements analysis and feature grooming.
- Leverage PaaS components for scalability, reliability, and operability.
- Conduct end-to-end feature development from UI to backend.
- Document and communicate architecture and implementation solutions.
- Take ownership of code in production, including on-call troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Highly proficient in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and JavaScript.
- Experience with PaaS hosted relational and no-SQL databases.
- Familiarity with AI tools and coding practices.
- Experience in developing automated test cases with modern tools.
- Operational code ownership experience, including on-call responsibilities.
- Experience with design patterns in distributed systems.
- Familiarity with web technologies and standards.
- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum team.
- Strong proactive communication skills.
- AI skills in speech recognition and natural language processing are a plus.
- Experience in contact center software is a plus.
