Responsibilities
- Apply state-of-the-art ML techniques for content recommendations.
- Run online A/B tests and analyze results against business KPIs.
- Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to define technical specifications.
- Nurture the ML ecosystem for scalability and developer velocity.
- Train and mentor new team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience applying Machine Learning to large-scale problems.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and algorithm writing skills.
- Solid understanding of data science and ML fundamentals.
- Familiarity with NLP approaches like W2V or Bert.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Spark and EMR.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
