Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable ML models and data pipelines for measurement, audience insights, campaign performance intelligence, and advertiser-facing analytics.
  • Design and run experiments, measure impact, and translate results into product decisions and customer outcomes.
  • Build and productionise reporting agents, insights agents, campaign-monitoring agents with human-in-the-loop controls, and a semantic layer for natural-language analytics.
  • Improve automation, reliability, and scalability across model training, feature engineering, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Deliver end-to-end solutions from data ingestion through downstream products and APIs with software and ML engineers.
  • Shape ML and generative-AI strategy for advertising measurement, including safety, quality, and advertiser productivity.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers.
  • Lead experimentation and advanced measurement, including incrementality and lift studies across advertisers’ broader media mix.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience applying machine learning or data science to real business problems at scale.
  • A master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field, with 4+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals and ability to design efficient algorithms and production systems.
  • Experience with large-scale ML approaches such as regression, classification, tree-based methods, embeddings, sequence models, or NLP.
  • Ability to define KPIs, objective functions, and evaluation frameworks for ML-driven systems.
  • Proficiency in one or more of Python, Scala, Java, or C/C++.
  • Experience with large-scale data platforms such as Spark, Trino/Presto, feature stores, or data lakes.
  • Experience building or integrating with LLM or generative-AI pipelines, including prompting, evaluation, retrieval, and safety.
  • Experience in AdTech, advertising data platforms, or campaign measurement is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Druid, Trino, StarRocks, or Looker is preferred.
  • Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and containerisation tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and MLOps best practices is preferred.
  • Prior publications, patents, or open-source contributions are preferred.
