Responsibilities
- Implement full-stack projects across React, TypeScript, Nginx, Node.js, Java, and SQL.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and partner engineering teams to define product vision and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Build AI-powered features and diagnostic tools using structured and unstructured data sources.
- Design interactive user interfaces, complex data manipulation workflows, scalable APIs, and reliable enterprise SaaS functionality.
- Instrument components, troubleshoot issues, and maintain code quality by debugging and resolving AI-assisted tool errors before production.
- Establish team norms, guides, review policies, and code review practices for AI-assisted development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, or an equivalent discipline.
- At least 4 years of full-stack software engineering experience building modern application architectures, high-performance APIs, and scalable SaaS systems.
- Deep expertise in at least one of React, TypeScript, Java, or SQL, plus strong proficiency in a second, with the ability to deliver end-to-end UI and backend features.
- Experience designing, shipping, or contributing to AI-powered features, intelligent data pipelines, or LLM-integrated user experiences.
- Practical fluency with AI-assisted development tools, including tool selection, risk mitigation, and quality ownership.
- Experience influencing engineering practices through AI code reviews, team guides, or updated pull-request standards.
- Mastery of unit testing, code reviews, design documentation, and telemetry instrumentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse peers.
