Responsibilities
- Deliver large projects that introduce new product capabilities.
- Break down complex problems into manageable tasks for predictable delivery.
- Collaborate with the team to roadmap and execute technical strategies.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and real-time pairing.
- Design and build AI-powered clinical agents using LangGraph.js.
- Integrate LangSmith for AI observability and quality checks.
- Develop workflows leveraging LLMs for intelligent decision-making.
- Improve maintainability, availability, and performance of features.
- Communicate technical ideas clearly to various stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- 3+ years of experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Experience with AI tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
- 1+ years of experience building applications with LLMs.
- Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks like LangGraph or LangChain.
- Understanding of responsible AI practices in healthcare.
