Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data pipelines and connectors that move customer data from varied sources to data warehouses.
- Develop new connectors and patch software running on a global Kubernetes compute cluster.
- Process customer data into clean, incremental, automated updates at terabyte scale.
- Contribute code, code reviews, software architecture, and programming best practices.
- Ensure technical excellence for owned services and mentor junior colleagues.
- Work with cloud APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, events, and distributed systems.
Requirements
- Recent hands-on software development experience with strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience building reliable distributed systems for high-volume data management in enterprise or web-scale products operating under strict SLAs.
- Broad knowledge of software development and automation, including algorithms and data structures.
- Expertise with Java, AWS, cloud-based APIs, databases, software design, and programming best practices.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication, and technical leadership skills.
