Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the quality of large features and products.
- Define execution paths and prioritize tasks across conflicting issues.
- Establish predictability and communicate changes to stakeholders.
- Lead change by creating credible arguments and collaborating with team members.
- Break down testing tasks into smaller components and identify bottlenecks.
Requirements
- BTech, MTech, or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of software development and testing experience.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in automation for UI, mobile applications, APIs, and performance testing.
- Proficient in at least one object-oriented programming or scripting language.
