Responsibilities

Drive quality of software and hardware components to ensure accuracy and performance of model trainings.
Implement effective testing methodologies and strong debugging skills.

8 years of relevant industry experience in software quality and testing.
Experience testing AI/ML models and evaluating model quality.
Strong automation and programming skills in languages like Python, C++, or Go.
Experience in testing compute/machine learning/networking/storage systems in large-scale environments.
Experience debugging issues across scale-out deployments.
Ability to create thorough test plans.
Experience collaborating effectively across teams including product development and customer operations.
