Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off/Time Sheet solutions.
- Gather and analyze requirements with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Optimize system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and support integrations.
- Provide technical expertise on the SuccessFactors Platform.
- Test and validate solutions for quality and reliability.
- Create technical specifications, user guides, and knowledge-transfer documentation.
- Monitor industry trends, propose enhancements, and support regulatory compliance in Utilities and Oil and Gas sectors.
Requirements
- Expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off/Time Sheet modules.
- Strong analytical skills for translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in the Utilities and Oil and Gas domains.
- Proficiency in system performance optimization and technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to document technical specifications and create user guides.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in relevant industries.
- Awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification and Utilities Industry Certification are required.
