Responsibilities
- Lead stream-level application architecture and provide technical direction throughout the development lifecycle.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality, performance, architectural, clean-core, and timeline expectations.
- Guide, coordinate, and mentor developers through task coordination, code reviews, and coaching.
- Design, implement, test, debug, tune, document, and deploy SAP S/4HANA solutions.
- Manage integrations and collaborate with consultants, architects, testers, and stakeholders to align delivery with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with SAP standards, quality gates, and the eight guiding principles.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve development roadblocks.
Requirements
- Information Technology, Business Administration, or a comparable educational background.
- At least 8 years of experience as an SAP Technical Expert.
- At least 2 years of experience in S/4 projects.
- Strong proficiency in SAP S/4HANA development, including ABAP, RAP, Fiori/UI5, CDS, BAdIs, BTP services, and object-oriented development.
- Hands-on integration experience with OData, IDocs, RFC, APIs, and middleware.
- Experience owning the development lifecycle from design and implementation through testing and deployment.
- Familiarity with clean-core extensibility, including side-by-side and in-app extensions, and understanding of technical debt mitigation.
- Competence in performance tuning, debugging, root cause analysis, and scalable solution design.
- Working knowledge of Transport & Release Management, Docupedia, SolMan, and Eclipse.
- Strong technical communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, and delivery focus.
