Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and integrate custom software components across systems and applications.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, collaborate with and help manage the team, and make team-level technical decisions.
- Provide solutions to complex problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication on technical objectives and project timelines.
- Design scalable software architectures, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize application performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience with Hexagon Intergraph SmartPlant.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and provide effective solutions.
- Experience integrating custom software components within enterprise systems.
- Competence in code optimization and performance tuning.
