Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design data models, system architectures, and integrations to meet business needs.
- Lead Salesforce configuration and customization using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and declarative features.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and internal or external systems.
- Develop data migration, transformation, and cleansing strategies.
- Define and enforce Salesforce development and deployment governance policies.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and architect end-to-end solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, coding guidance, and quality oversight to development teams.
- Mentor administrators in Salesforce technologies and stay current with platform updates and industry trends.
Requirements
- 3 to 7+ years of related experience.
- Extensive Salesforce development expertise, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and declarative tools.
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce design patterns, platform features, capabilities, and limitations.
- Experience with integration tools and technologies, API integration, and data migration, transformation, and cleansing strategies.
- Strong Salesforce data management, security model, data modeling, and database design knowledge.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Platform Developer 2 Certification preferred.
- Consulting experience and proven experience as a Technical Architect on Salesforce projects preferred.
- Knowledge of Health Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Data Cloud preferred.
