Responsibilities
- Form successful relationships with clients to provide technical and business value.
- Conduct hands-on evaluations and Spark programming to excite clients about Databricks.
- Engage in community-building through workshops, seminars, and meet-ups.
- Act as a Big Data Analytics advisor on architecture and design aspects.
- Author reference architectures, how-tos, and demo applications for customer support.
- Develop skills in pre-sales with the goal of becoming an independent Solutions Architect.
Requirements
- Familiarity with client interactions and creating narratives to achieve outcomes.
- Ability to independently deliver technical propositions and identify customer pain points.
- Proficiency in a core programming language, preferably Python.
- Knowledge in Big Data Analytics and exposure to advanced proofs-of-concept.
- Experience in solution architecture and Data Engineering.
