Responsibilities
- Independently investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business applications.
- Monitor and maintain enterprise-level business applications to support system stability and business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical and non-technical stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for a support knowledge base.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Participate in team discussions and provide practical solutions to work-related problems.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in O9 Data Integration.
- Proficiency in O9 Data Integration is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing complex software issues.
- Experience monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level business applications.
- Ability to understand interdependencies among multiple system components.
- Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education.
