Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Quality teams to identify opportunities and develop AI-driven solutions that improve Quality operations.
- Develop automation solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Copilot Agents to streamline QMS processes and reduce repetitive work.
- Build and maintain AI-powered Lean Six Sigma coaching agents.
- Enhance, maintain, and troubleshoot the PEACE application using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Evaluate and prototype AI and automation use cases that improve process efficiency, standardization, and user experience.
- Follow safe and responsible work practices and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security programs.
Requirements
- Actively pursue a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline through an accredited program during the internship.
- Maintain good academic standing.
- Work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.
- Prior internship or co-op experience is preferred.
- Leadership experience, project management skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity are preferred.
- Interest or experience in AI, automation, emerging technologies, copilots, agents, chatbots, or workflow automation is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI, is highly desirable.
- Experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or similar tools is preferred.
- Ability to identify business challenges and develop practical technology solutions with measurable impact.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are preferred.
