Responsibilities
- Participate in backend development for global Finance IT systems, including feature design, coding, API development, and system integration.
- Contribute to API, database, and system module design while improving performance and stability.
- Develop and implement AI applications for intelligent Q&A, document and invoice processing, intelligent review, and data analytics.
- Integrate LLM capabilities with existing business systems, APIs, knowledge bases, and data sources.
- Support AI application proofs of concept, development, evaluation, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
- Participate in functional, system integration, and regression testing and collaborate with business and technical teams.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related computing discipline; postgraduate and advanced undergraduate students are encouraged to apply.
- Solid Java programming fundamentals and familiarity with Spring or Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with MySQL, basic database design, and SQL.
- Basic understanding of RESTful APIs, Git, and software development processes.
- Strong interest in AI, LLMs, and practical AI applications, with strong logical thinking, learning ability, and teamwork skills.
- Good English reading, writing, and communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, OCR, or other AI application projects; knowledge of microservices, Redis, message queues, enterprise systems, Finance, or Travel & Expense projects.
