Senior Full Stack Engineer
Thought MachineResponsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end features across web applications and backend services.
- Ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and user-experience requirements.
- Write automated unit, integration, and acceptance tests.
- Coordinate with other engineering teams to integrate features coherently.
- Manage and debug features from testing environments through production.
- Translate customer requirements into clear engineering plans and deliverable tasks.
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, and full-stack engineers on cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Experience with React and TypeScript.
- Proficiency building modern web applications.
- Experience writing REST APIs and services.
- Commitment to clean, readable, properly tested code and attention to detail.
- Experience integrating automated tests into the development lifecycle.
- Interest in client-facing projects, including scoping requirements and defining deliverables.
- A proactive approach to learning and development.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field is desirable.
- Knowledge of banking or finance, cloud-provider experience, Golang or Python proficiency, UX/UI knowledge, Figma and UI framework experience, visual design skills, database experience, client/server and networking knowledge, microservice architecture experience, and Kubernetes experience are desirable.
