Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain secure application-security solutions and innovative tools.
- Lead development of tools that automate tasks, streamline processes, and improve decision-making.
- Mentor and coach junior technical staff on secure development and collaboration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across requirements gathering, technical design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Prepare technical documentation, diagrams, and walkthroughs for feedback, design, development, and debugging.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience focused on Python, REST APIs, and containers.
- Knowledge of OWASP, SANS, or other security-related frameworks.
- Experience with application-security best practices, secure coding, security testing techniques, and the Secure Software Development Lifecycle.
- Proficiency with FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn.
- Experience with Git and GitHub Actions.
- Understanding of OCP, Azure, AWS, SOAP, REST, and SQL and NoSQL database design and optimization.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
- Nice-to-have experience with large enterprise architecture designs, Docker, containerization platforms, MLOps tools and frameworks, transformer architectures, and prompt engineering techniques.
