Responsibilities
- Build full-stack features using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS with team guidance.
- Contribute to backend services and APIs using Next.js, NestJS, and Node.js.
- Learn and apply production infrastructure practices involving AWS, Kubernetes, and containers.
- Write, test, review, and deploy production code alongside experienced engineers.
- Contribute to internal tools and developer-facing platforms used across Epic Games.
- Use AI-assisted software development workflows throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Interest in full-stack web development and modern engineering technologies.
- Some familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or similar web technologies through coursework, projects, or previous experience.
- Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and solve well-defined engineering problems.
- Willingness to explore new technologies and codebases, seek support, and incorporate feedback.
- Ability to work effectively with guidance and communicate questions and blockers.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with engineers, product partners, external teams, and stakeholders.
- Understanding of defined requirements and willingness to ask clarifying questions.
- Interest in using AI tools and AI-assisted workflows in software development.
