Base Salary
$135k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Prioritize quick responses and consistent delivery on SLAs to exceed user satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed system documentation, including interface specifications and data flow diagrams.
- Support and improve technical support workflows and documentation for scalability.
- Proactively monitor integration health to detect and resolve issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot integration errors and downtime events.
- Communicate proactively with clients and internal stakeholders regarding operational issues.
- Act as a liaison between Customer Operations and Engineering to escalate complex issues.
- Triage and assign incoming requests efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries while upholding customer-centric values.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data security best practices.
- Participate in on-call coverage rotation during weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in EHR healthcare integration roles with hands-on experience in database extracts, HL7v2, and/or FHIR.
- Demonstrated experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
- Ability to manage technical challenges independently or collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive self-starter with an ownership mindset.
