Responsibilities

  • Understand Fever’s business, technology, teams, and internal development projects.
  • Design, test, and continuously improve Salesforce CRM-based solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Configure Salesforce and develop solutions using Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Deploy metadata between Salesforce sandbox and production environments.
  • Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, Data, and other departments.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects from concept through completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant Salesforce Platform development experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce-based deployments.
  • Experience developing with Google Sheets and AppScript.
  • Work proficiency in English.
  • Strong written, oral, presentation, organizational, and execution skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies within a product development cycle.
  • Ability to work independently, learn new technologies, and demonstrate ownership and urgency in a fast-paced environment.
