Responsibilities
- Provide L3 production support for Clarity PPM applications.
- Manage production releases and provide UAT support.
- Monitor the application and collaborate with development teams to resolve high-priority issues.
- Work with the product vendor on quarterly upgrades and maintenance activities.
- Support CA Clarity administration and third-party integrations.
- Create SOPs and mentor team members and stakeholders on support processes.
- Develop Clarity portlets and implement GEL scripts and workflow automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and manage application support activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 6–10 years of experience, including experience with Clarity PPM 15.x and above.
- Hands-on experience with the Clarity New UX.
- Good knowledge of CA Clarity administration and third-party integrations.
- Functional knowledge of Clarity Project Management, Resource Management, Time Management, Demand Management, Financial Management, and Clarity Studio modules.
- Hands-on knowledge of Clarity GEL Script, workflow automation, and Clarity portlet creation.
- Experience with production support, release management, UAT support, stakeholder management, and application monitoring.
