Base Salary
$130k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Business Development and Product teams to expand relationships with global model labs.
- Design and operationalize GTM workflows tied to model release cycles and product rollouts.
- Serve as a technical GTM counterpart in lab engagements, translating product capabilities into value.
- Support co-marketing initiatives and ecosystem campaigns with labs.
- Build systems to track usage and engagement across lab accounts.
- Design and iterate on outbound and inbound GTM systems.
- Identify and prospect organizations needing model evaluation infrastructure.
- Own inbound qualification workflows and improve lead routing and scoring.
- Run GTM experiments across messaging and targeting strategies.
- Contribute to scaling outbound systems and improving conversion rates.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in an engineering or Sales Engineering role in a technical environment.
- Strong interest in the AI ecosystem and familiarity with model evaluation concepts.
- Comfort working with data, tools, and systems, including CRM and automation workflows.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to build in fast-moving environments.
- Strong communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to design scalable processes and systems.
