Responsibilities
- Drive the technical health and consumption trajectory of high-priority accounts.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on solution design and account strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor for executive stakeholders on business transformation goals.
- Review portfolio health and workflows to ensure consistent delivery and mitigate risks.
- Define architectural standards for customers, including RBAC/Security frameworks.
- Lead the adoption of AI development tools for rapid delivery.
- Design scalable programs like workshops and technical playbooks.
- Liaise with Product and Engineering teams to influence product requirements.
- Coordinate internal resources to resolve high-stakes challenges.
Requirements
- Deep mastery of SQL and experience in data modeling and performance tuning.
- Proven experience designing data architectures on major cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience in agent development and proficiency in prompt engineering.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring peers and leading internal projects.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
