Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components across enterprise systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP Plant Maintenance systems.
- Integrate SAP Plant Maintenance with other enterprise applications using integration techniques and tools.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, collaborate with multiple teams, and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Manage team activities, provide solutions across teams, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing custom software components in enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to plant maintenance systems.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting SAP PM with other enterprise applications.
