Responsibilities
- Lead React frontend development and define scalable application architecture.
- Develop frontend features using React and Next.js with HTML5 and CSS3.
- Build performant Node.js and Fastify services and support API integrations.
- Create maintainable UI solutions using modern React patterns, responsive design, and accessibility practices.
- Translate business and UX requirements into performant code.
- Establish coding standards, best practices, and code reviews.
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.
- Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, scalability, SEO, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals.
- Collaborate with backend, UX, product, design, and DevOps teams.
- Support end-to-end testing and frontend quality practices using Playwright and other testing tools.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of frontend development experience with a strong focus on React.js.
- Deep expertise in React Hooks, functional components, and component design.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript ES6+ and TypeScript.
- Strong Node.js and Fastify development experience.
- Experience with React, Next.js, SASS, state management, and server/client rendering strategies.
- Knowledge of SSR, CSR, SSG, ISR, HTML, CSS, DOM, responsive design, and accessibility.
- Experience with UI libraries including Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind, or Bootstrap.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and authentication.
- Testing experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Storybook, and Playwright.
- Understanding of CI/CD, Agile practices, DevOps workflows, SEO, performance optimization, WCAG, ARIA attributes, and keyboard navigation.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring frontend teams.
- Graduation is required.
- Full-stack experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and Node.js is preferred.
