Responsibilities
- Lead the front-end development team through technical guidance, code reviews, mentorship, and delivery ownership.
- Design and develop complex responsive web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, Next.js, Nuxt.js, Angular, and related technologies.
- Define front-end coding standards, best practices, and performance benchmarks.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, product managers, and other project roles.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and cross-platform constraints.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver work against project timelines.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party libraries, authentication clients, backend integrations, tools, and libraries.
- Develop dashboards, charts, graphs, and other data visualizations when required.
- Lead front-end development independently within projects while coordinating with other roles.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in JavaScript technologies.
- Graduation-level educational qualification.
- Extensive experience designing and developing responsive, user-friendly web applications.
- Strong understanding of the DOM, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, object-oriented and functional programming, Promises, and Closures.
- Experience developing single-page and multi-page applications with Next.js, React, Nuxt.js, Vue, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Understanding of server-side rendering, client-side rendering, static site generation, incremental static regeneration, and streaming or progressive rendering.
- Experience with request and response handling, partial page updates, API specifications, and backend integration.
- Experience with UI libraries and tools such as Material UI, Vuetify, Tailwind, and Bootstrap.
- Preferred experience with headless API-driven front-end development.
- Advantageous experience developing charts, graphs, and dashboards.
- Good understanding of CI/CD configuration and a DevOps mindset.
- Experience working with cross-browser, cross-platform, responsive design, accessibility, and design constraints.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently within project delivery processes.
