Responsibilities
- Decompose business requirements into detailed design specifications and code.
- Design solutions, write code, perform unit testing, create documentation, and facilitate final delivery.
- Anticipate customer needs and present technical ideas to diverse audiences.
- Coach a junior developer squad on software best practices.
- Identify, document, and analyze product defects and redesign components for improved outcomes and efficiency.
- Re-architect existing components to address growth, performance, and scalability challenges.
- Provide technical guidance for researching and developing new products and services.
- Forecast customer requirements and propose architectural improvements and features.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience with .NET, C#, Angular, and SQL Server.
- Expertise in computer science concepts including mathematics, algorithms, data structures, design patterns, software architecture, and program logic.
- Experience working with two or more SOTI product components.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and the ability to quickly implement advanced technologies.
- Ability to envision innovative technology and product architectures.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including people management, influence, and communication.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and propose architectural improvements.
