Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of reliable, business-critical verification systems.
- Apply governance to solution design, code quality, and coding standards.
- Drive scalable, maintainable, and performant system delivery.
- Act as a technical escalation point for the team during and outside office hours.
- Review team output and adherence to technical standards.
- Own technical solutions from development through production.
- Produce solution documents, estimates, and accurate portrayals of delivery effort.
- Collaborate with managers, architects, and other stakeholders on fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Mentor and coach team members and distribute technical knowledge.
Requirements
- Commercial experience leading development solutions.
- Knowledge of Kafka, SQL, .Net, Golang, TypeScript, or similar technologies.
- Experience mentoring and coaching a development team.
- Experience with high-availability, multi-browser-compatible development.
- Experience with high-availability, multi-user, service-based systems.
- Strong technical documentation, attention to detail, and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant discipline, or relevant professional experience.
