Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of complex application enhancements.
- Provide production support, release implementation support, on-call support, and 24x7 support when necessary.
- Participate in the full system development life cycle according to Highmark standards.
- Collaborate with customers, business analysts, partners, and IT team members to develop technical solutions.
- Support project teams as a Developer, Technical Lead, or Project Manager based on experience.
- Conduct or assist with technical walkthroughs, project-status reporting, vendor-solution enablement, and technical documentation.
- Maintain application service levels, system availability, performance, and quality standards.
- Mentor less experienced team members and perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- US citizenship is required due to contractual and access requirements.
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field is required; no substitutions are accepted.
- At least five years of experience as a developer is required.
- Experience with project-management tools, databases, and multiple coding languages is required.
- Hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC, Informatica SaaS MDM, Informatica CDI and CAI, Informatica REF360, and on-premises Informatica tools including IDQ, MDM, and PowerCenter is preferred.
- Experience with Master Data Management principles, MDM match-rule development, and collaboration with data owners and stewards on data-quality initiatives is required for the role.
- Leadership, problem-solving, root-cause analysis, issue-resolution, application-development, and software-development-life-cycle skills are required.
- Healthcare or health-insurance experience is preferred.
- Preferred certifications include Java Developer, DB2, or Cognos certification.
