Base Salary

$150k - $200k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end full-stack development of AI-enabled internal products and translate workflow requirements into scalable architectures.
  • Design and orchestrate multi-agent coding workflows to generate code, refactor legacy systems, execute tests, produce documentation, and accelerate delivery.
  • Apply AI across UX prototyping, schema design, backend scaffolding, automated testing, debugging, performance tuning, and CI/CD enhancement.
  • Deliver production-grade systems with accountability for performance, reliability, maintainability, security, governance, and compliance.
  • Partner with Product, AI Transformation, service-line stakeholders, and data and ML engineers to prioritize and integrate workflow tools and AI services.
  • Establish repeatable agentic-development patterns, guardrails, validation processes, and human oversight.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of full-stack software engineering experience and a proven record of building and shipping production systems.
  • Deep familiarity with modern frontend and backend frameworks, including technologies such as React, Next.js, Node, or Python.
  • Strong architectural design capability, API design and integration experience, and cloud-native architecture knowledge.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code or equivalent and experience orchestrating multi-agent development workflows.
  • Ability to rigorously evaluate, validate, and supervise AI-generated code while maintaining production-grade quality.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD, plus the ability to collaborate across product, AI, data, ML, and domain stakeholders.
