Base Salary
$270k - $330k/yr
Responsibilities
- Set AI and machine learning architecture direction for large-scale enterprise systems.
- Design and deliver production-ready multi-agent and agentic AI architectures.
- Build guardrails, safety mechanisms, and control systems for AI models in production.
- Guide real-time data pipeline architecture and platform modernization initiatives.
- Lead engineering teams and provide technical direction to architects.
- Apply cybersecurity and risk domain expertise to AI and SaaS platform decisions.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience, including leadership in AI/ML architecture and enterprise-scale system delivery.
- Experience designing and implementing multi-agent AI systems in production.
- Strong background in AI/ML technical strategy, model safety, real-time data platforms, and SaaS architecture at scale.
- Experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or security ratings.
- A record of integrity in professional settings.
- Experience leading engineering teams or managing technical architects.
