Base Salary
$115k - $138k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.
- Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows.
- Develop and consume REST and SOAP APIs for system integrations.
- Implement Salesforce profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and other security models.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, participate in code reviews, and follow Salesforce development standards.
- Support deployment activities using CI/CD tools and Salesforce DevOps processes.
- Create technical documentation and maintain development standards.
Requirements
- Strong experience with the Salesforce CRM Platform and hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, flows, and process automation.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations, Salesforce data models, and security architecture.
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification and Salesforce Administrator Certification are preferred.
- Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms, Salesforce Industries/Vlocity, Agentforce, Einstein AI, Salesforce Data Cloud, or enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations is preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
