Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate front-end and back-end components for production-ready enterprise applications.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based coding assistants for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and integration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Apply engineering best practices to deliver robust, scalable, high-quality, and compliant software.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists to support seamless integration and adoption.
- Continuously improve software development and operational practices using AI-native methods.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
- Experience with Java full-stack development, including Java and Spring Boot or equivalent backend technologies.
- Experience with at least one of Java, Spring Boot, .NET, C#, or Python for backend development.
- Front-end experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with an emphasis on integrating AI services rather than training models.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to accelerate delivery while maintaining software quality and compliance.
